Jyoshna Tanigundala

Jyoshna Tanigundala is a highly qualified Pediatric Feeding Specialist & Speech Language Pathologist with extensive experience. She provides her specialized services to numerous reputable pediatric tertiary care hospitals in Hyderabad. For the past 18 years, she has tirelessly worked in Speech Pathology & Child Psychology, guiding children through various developmental challenges such as language delays, behavioral issues, and feeding difficulties.

Jyoshna's education and credentials are impressive. She holds a Bachelor and Master degree in Audiology & Speech Pathology from Manipal University and Osmania University, respectively. She also obtained Post Graduate Diplomas in Child Psychology and Applied Linguistics and Phonetics from Osmania University. She also has qualifications focusing on the "Early Identification of Autism in Toddlers".

Clinically, Jyoshna's qualifications are extensive. She is certified in the developmental assessment procedure BSID-III (Bayley Scales of Infant Development) and Voice Rehabilitation for post laryngectomees. Jyoshna is also trained in the clinical evaluation and management of the swallowing procedure - FEES (Fiber Optic Endoscopic Evaluation). Her certifications extend to SOFFI (Supporting Oral Feeding in Fragile Infants), OPT (Oral Placement Therapy), and PROMPT (PROMPTS for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets). She is also certified at Level 3 in ABA (Applied Behavioural Analysis).

She successfully undertook the Pediatric Audiology Specialty Certification exam by the American Board of Audiology (AAA) and completed various additional courses in the field of Feeding and Swallowing Disorders. Her certifications and ongoing education demonstrate her dedication to her profession and commitment to providing the highest standard of care for the children she serves.

Presently, Jyoshna is a key contributor to a research team working on "Early Identification of Autism" by analyzing early communicative skills in toddlers. Her expertise and insights have made her an invaluable asset in the field of Child Psychology and Speech Pathology.
